At Weld Good Fabrications Ltd. We always hope that you will be beyond pleased with your purchase, however we do appreciate that sometimes not everyone will be.

Should you have any issues with an order you have received, please contact us at info@weldgoodfabs.co.uk - We will always do our best to reply in a timely manner and rectify any problems.

Should you wish to return a product to us, we will accept UNUSED products back within 30 Days of receipt. (Check our Terms & Conditions to see eligible products) Once we receive your product back we will closely inspect the product to ensure it has not been used in any way. Once satisfied we will issue a refund to the bank details used to purchase the product.

Should you wish to return a product as you believe it is faulty, please contact us and we will always try our best to rectify this, this can work in a few ways, therefore it is always best to send us an email with as many photos and a good description first.

Please note, any returned items will need to have your name and original order number included within the delivery. We will not take responsibility for any products returned to us with no accompanying documentation.

Warranty Information (For Specified Products Only):

Spitfire Patio Heater (All Models and Variants, Unless Specified):

At Weld Good Fabrications Ltd. We do not issue a written warranty form, however for peace of mind, we will always do our best to deal with Reasonable Faults, Issues or Damage experienced with this product within 1 month of receipt. However we will still be happy to help and find solutions for any product faults outside of this period (Additional Charges May Apply)

While this product is made mainly from stainless steel, we do not recommend the product is kept outside permanently, even during the warmer months we recommend using a protective cover, this is to protect the product and increase its longevity / operation of the product.

 

The glass in particular must be put inside for safe storage, if the glass is left outside the customer takes full responsibility for any issues or damage this may cause. Unless you have significant evidence of the glass being damaged or broken during use, this will not be covered by any warranty.

 

The fire rope on the main body of the product may need to be replaced yearly or re stuck when necessary, this is due to the heat and constant abrasion against the glass when removing or fitting the glass for use or storage. Therefore any claims regarding this being damaged where the product also shows sign of being left outside permanently will not be valid, due to the material of the rope, adverse weather will cause this to deteriorate or become unstuck, this is misuse and so is not covered. Due to the cost of shipping the item to us, any claims for rope that are accepted will likely have new rope and instructions shipped out.

In the event of a warranty claim requiring repair by us, the product will need to be shipped back to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to package the product to prevent further damage. We will then organise shipping. If repairs are made to the product, do be aware that if any updates have been made to the product, it may be returned with the updated version of the part or product. There will be no charge for this.
